C1.01. How to enroll?

To be a student at the University of Évora and have access to all the resources that are available, you must enroll in accordance with the procedures below. If you don't do so within the stipulated deadlines, we assume that you are not interested in the Course and your enrollment will be canceled and your vacancy transferred to another candidate.

If you register, but do not pay the first installment of tuition fees and/or do not validate your documents within the deadlines defined for this, you will be indebted for the registration fee. If, after enrolling, you wish to withdraw from the Course, you will have to make a request at GESDOC or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, being considered a debtor under the terms of the Feees Regulation.

Until the enrollment procedures are completed, the payment of the 1st installment of tuition fees and the availability of documents, the letter of acceptance will not be issued, nor proof of enrollment or any certification document.

To confirm your admission in the Course, you should

1.º Register online according to the deadlines stipulated for the respective competition

2.º Proceed with the payment of the 1st installment of tuition fees within 30 consecutive days after enrolling;

3.º Provide documents for authentication: within 30 consecutive days after enrolling;


HOW TO DO THE ENROLMENT

To make the online enrolment it is necessary to access to the Information System of the University of Évora - SIIUE:

  • 4th Step - Fill in the form. See the tutorial "How to do your enrolment"
  • 5th Step - Finish the enrolment by clicking on CONFIRM.
  • 6th Step - Check the registration confirmation notification at the e-mail address entered in the application.

DOCUMENTATION

The students, after enrolling, except students admitted through the National Access Contest, must present the following documents

1. Documents proving your academic qualifications, except if obtained in the UÉ, for validation by the University. For such:

  • in case of documents relating to foreign qualifications obtained outside the European Union, you must send by post within three consecutive days of receiving this notification, the originals of the documents that you entered scanned in your application. It should be noted that they must be exactly the same as those inserted in the application.
  • in case of documents relating to foreign qualifications obtained in the European Union, you must present the originals of the documents that you entered scanned in your application, within a period of thirty consecutive days after enrollment. It should be noted that they must be exactly the same as those inserted in the application.

Alternatively, copies of these documents may be sent within the aforementioned deadlines, provided that these copies are certified by competent authorities that ensure that the copies correspond to the originals presented to them.

The documents must be sent to the following address: Academic Services of the University of Évora, Largo dos Colegiais, Apartado 94, 7002-554 Évora, Portugal),

You may also present them in person at the Academic Services, up to 30 consecutive days after enrolment.

The originals of the documents will be returned when you present yourself in person at the University of Évora to validate your identification (until October 31st).

2. Prerequisite Form: In case you have been placed at the University of Évora in a Bachelor's or Integrated Masters with prerequisites, you must attach to the registraton the prerequisite form of the respective course, provided by DGES, duly filled in by the physician registered at the Portuguese Medical Association. There is an exception for international students, who may register online through SIIUE and submit the prerequisite until 31 October of the year of entry.

The information on this page does not exempt you from fully consulting the regulations in force within the scope of the respective contest.
