C1.01. How to enroll?
Last Updated 17 days ago
Para be a student at the University of Évora and have access to all the resources provided, you must complete your enrolment in accordance with the procedures outlined below. If you do not do so within the specified deadlines, we will assume that you are no longer interested in the programme, and your place may be transferred to another candidate.
If you complete your enrolment but fail to pay the first instalment of tuition fees and/or fail to validate your documents within the specified deadlines (this does not apply to students admitted through the National Admission Process), your enrolment may be cancelled. This does not mean, however, that the tuition fees associated with the enrolment are no longer due.
If, after enrolment, you wish to withdraw from the programme, you must submit a request through GESDOC or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. You will be considered a debtor in accordance with the Tuition Fees Regulations.
Until the enrolment procedures have been completed, the first instalment of tuition fees has been paid, and the required documents have been provided, no acceptance letter, proof of enrolment, or other certification document will be issued.
The following procedures must be ensured:
The documents should be sent to:
Academic Services of the University of Évora
Rua Duques de Cadaval
7000-577 Évora
You may also submit the documents in person at the Academic Services within 30 consecutive days after enrolment.
The original documents will be returned when you appear in person at the University of Évora to have your identity validated (by 31 October).
The form submitted with your enrolment will be checked by the relevant University services. Only after the prerequisite has been validated will you be able to obtain your proof of enrolment.
International students may complete their enrolment online through SIIUE and submit the prerequisite form by 31 October of the year in which they are admitted.
For more information see the University of Évora website.
