B2.01. How to enter the Bachelor Degree in Music, through the Direct route or another contest or regime?
Last Updated 3 years ago

The holding of local competitions (Direct route) is the responsibility of the Higher Education Institutions and is subject to express authorization by an Ordinance of the Ministry responsible for higher education.

Admission and access to the Music Bachelor Degree at the University of Évora takes place under the Direct Route, under the terms of Ordinance 202/2012 of 3th July and the Regulation for Applications for Access and Admission to the University of Évora.

The assessment of the ability to attend the course is done through a Specific Vocational Aptitude Test consisting of:

a) A written exam

b) A practical test
.

The Public Call for the Direct route for access to the Music Bachelor degree establishes, in addition to the vacancies for Candidate to the Direct route, information on the methodology and evaluation criteria for the Vocational Aptitude Tests (regardless of the competition for access to the Degree in Music).

When enrolling in the Specific Vocational Aptitude Test, you must indicate the competition/regime through which you intend to apply for admission to the bachelor degree, and the application is subject to the access conditions of the respective competition and the documents required in it, in addition to being successful in the PAVE (Specific Vocational Aptitude Test) .

After approval trough the vocational aptitude test, it will be necessary to confirm/validate the application for the competition/regime through which you intend to enter the Music Bachelor Degree and which you identified in the PAVE registration, attaching the missing documents required for the respective competition/regime, and do so within the deadlines provided for in the Application Schedule.

See "What are the conditions and how to apply for the Music Vocational Aptitude Test?" for more information.
