Last Updated about a month ago

The Specific Vocational Aptitude Test (PAVE) for access and admission to the degree in Music is intended to assess the ability to attend the course under the terms set out in the Public Notice of the direct route for access to the degree in Music published annually and the Regulation of Applications for access and admission to the University of Évora .

Prior registration and approval at PAVE is required for admission to the Degree in Music in all competitions, whether within the scope of the Direct Route or other competitions/regimes.

Upon registration for the test, the candidate will have:
  • to identify the competition-regime through which you want to access and enter the music bachelor degree;
  • meet the conditions of access in the competition-regime through which you want access under the terms defined in the Regulation of Access and Admission to the University of Évora;
  • attach the documents required in the competition-regime through which you want access under the terms defined in the Regulation of Access and Admission to the University of Évora;
  • identify the branch and instrument in which you intend to take the Vocational Aptitude Test, being able to enroll in a maximum of 3 branches/instruments;
  • declare, under a commitment of honor, that you meet the conditions for access to the competition/regime through which you intend to enter the Music Bachelor Degree, under the terms defined in the Regulation of Applications for access and admission to the University of Évora.

There is only a single phase for applications from March 18th to May 20th, 2021, and you should consult the Application Schedule in the UÉ for more information, regarding the date of the exams and disclosure of results.

Applications for the Specific Vocational Aptitude Test are made through the Integrated Information System of the UÉ (SIIUE), where you must proceed:

1st Step: Candidate registration to obtain credentials (see New User Registration Guide). After this registration, you will receive a notification to the specified email address, to validating your SIIUE user registration credentials (username and password).

2nd Step: fill in the online application form (see the Online procedure guide) and it is necessary to attach the documents required under the competition/regime under which you intend to enter the UÉ.

Registration will only be considered delivered after payment of the respective fees. After payment of the fees and validation of your registration, you will receive a notification informing you of this.

If there is any missing document, it will be “Not Validated” and within 24 hours, you must resubmit the application with the missing document.

The results of the PAVE, under the terms of the Application Regulation, will be published at the University of Évora's web site and will be made available on SIIUE, in your candidate profile, where you must access with your application credentials.

After approval in the Specific Vocational Aptitude Test, the competition-regime through which you intend to access and enter the music bachelor degree will automatically be considered a candidate, however, it is necessary to validate the application within the deadlines established in the Application Schedule.
