The student can request the extension of the study period up to 40 days before the end of the semester. To formalize the prolongation request, the student must download the document "mobility period prolongation request" from https://www.mobilidade.uevora.pt/alunos/alunos_out/Erasmus and submit it in GESDOC attached to the requeirmento, after being signed by the student and by the competent bodies at the host institution. If the extension is requested and approved, the student should provide the reformulation of the study plan (learning agreement) as soon as possible.
