F1.02. When and how to pay tuition?
Last Updated a year ago

The tuition fee for each academic year can be paid in a single payment, upon registration, within the deadlines defined for the 1st installment, or in 10 installments of equal value, within the deadlines indicated below:

  • The first installment must be paid within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days after enrollment;
  • The second installment must be paid by October 31;
  • The third installment must be paid by November 30;
  • The fourth installment must be paid by December 31;
  • The fifth installment must be paid by January 31;
  • The sixth installment must be paid by February 28;
  • The seventh installment must be paid by March 31;
  • The eighth installment must be paid by April 30;
  • The ninth installment must be paid by May 31;
  • The tenth installment must be paid by June 3.
The remaining amount of installments falling due can be paid at any time.

In the year of registration, registration will be canceled if payment of the first installment is not made by the deadline identified in paragraph a), losing the right to a place, but maintaining the obligation to pay the registration fee.

In non-degree courses with attribution of credits of less than 30 ECTS, payment is made in a single instalment, within 3 days after enrolment; in courses with 30 or more ECTS, installments must be paid according to the installments defined above depending on the semester(s) in which the course operates.

Payment can be made using:

  • the ATM network or equivalent process through the Homebanking / Internet;
  • in person in the Accounting Department of SAC;
  • via Paypal. This form of payment is quite simple and secure, having the advantage of the transaction being validated in SIIUE immediately after payment. To use this service you must have a Paypal account. The creation of this account is free.
  • in case of foreign students, where payment through the aforementioned means is not possible, they may request from the Treasury, via e-mail (tesouraria@sac.uevora.pt), the data for transfer, however, the payment considered effective only when proof of transfer is sent to the Treasury's email.
The information needed to make the appropriate payment (reference number, entity, etc.) Is available in your profile in SIIUE, where you can also consult the Values in Payment Guide.
