C3.02. If you request a cancellation of your enrollment, is it possible to resume studies in the same program at the University of Évora later on?

When requesting the cancellation of registration, you can later apply for Re-entry in the same course or in a course that succeeds it, within the deadlines established annually by Rectoral order, not being able, however, to do so under the following conditions:
In order to deliver the thesis/dissertation/project work/traineeship report in 2nd or 3rd cycles, the student must have paid at least the entire fee corresponding to:
a) three academic years, in case of 3rd cycle courses lasting 4 years
b) two academic years, in case of the 3rd cycle lasting 3 years
c) one academic year in case of 2nd cycle
d) one academic year in case of re-entry and verification of the above paragraphs

- In case of requesting cancellation of registration within 30 consecutive days after registration in the entry academic year, in which case it is necessary to apply again for admission.
- In case of requesting cancellation after 30 consecutive days in the entry year or cancellation after enrolling in the academic year, you cannot re-enter in the subsequent academic year, as the law requires that there be an academic year of interruption of studies in order to be able to re-enter, but may rejoin later.
- In case the course you intend to re-enter in is not accredited at the time of the re-entry request.
