C3.01. How to proceed if you drop out of the course you are enrolled in, you wish to cancel enrollment?

Cancel enrollment is the act by which the student interrupts/suspends studies. Enrollment cancellation must be done by request to be submitted through GESDOC (using SIIUE credentials) or by registered letter with Acknowledgment of Receipt (requests for cancellation by other means are not considered). In accordance with the Fees Regulation.

If you apply for cancel enrollment:
- within 30 days after registration in the year of admission, you will not be considered a debtor of tuition fees, however, you will be a debtor of the registration fee;
- until December 31st, you will be considered debtor of installments of the first semester, being canceled the registrations of the even semester;
- after December 31, you are indebted for all installments for the school year and registrations for the school year will not be canceled.
