B6.05. What is the timetable?

The University of Évora is part of a network of Higher Education Institutions in the South and the Islands, which decided to jointly organize the knowledge and skills assessment tests. The tests are held on the same day and at the same time at the various institutions in the network:

Candidates can take the exam at any of the institutions where it is offered, regardless of the course/institution in the network they wish to apply to. Students must register for the exam at the institution where they intend to take the exam.


Exam registration timetables for the 2024/25 academic year*

  • Sessões de Esclarecimento aos candidatos e Escolas Profissionais
  • Registration for the tests: From May 6 to May 24, 2024
  • Posting of provisional registration lists: Until June 3, 2024
  • Complaints to the provisional lists of candidates: June 5 and 6, 2024
  • Publication of the final lists of candidates: Until June 7, 2024
  • Tests: June 12, 2024, at 3 p.m. (mainland Portugal and Madeira Island) 2 p.m. (Azores Island)

-Proof of absence from exams*: From June 12 to 19, 2024
Tests*: July 2, 2024, at 3 p.m. (mainland Portugal and Madeira Island) 2 p.m. (Azores Island)
-Posting of marking sheets: July 8, 2024
-Test consultation: July 10 and 11, 2024
-Submission of a request to review the exam: July 10 to 12, 2024
-Posting of final marking sheets: Until July 22, 2024


*Applicable to duly justified situations, namely infectious diseases, hospitalization, death of a family member or compliance with legal obligations and official service. Proof of absence must be sent to the following email address: atendimento@sac.uevora.pt and the original document must be delivered to the Academic Services until June 19, 2024.
