C4.03. How to verify the authenticity and validity of the Acceptance Letter?

To confirm the authenticity of the Acceptance Declaration or to verify that it is still valid, proceed as follows:
1. Go to https://siiue.uevora.pt, choose the option “Document validation”.
2. Enter the code contained in the Acceptance Letter under “Elements for verifying the authenticity of the proof: Code xxxx”.
3. You should see a message (in green) that says: "A valid document was found with the specified code!".
4. You will see the data corresponding to this code.
5. You must verify that these data corresponds to the content of the Acceptance Letter given to you.
6. If the following message (in red) appears: "A valid document with the indicated code was not found!", it means that the data contained in that Acceptance Letter are no longer valid, for one of the following reasons:

3. You should see a message (in green) that says: "A valid document was found with the specified code!".
4. You will see the data corresponding to this code.
5. You must verify that these data corresponds to the content of the Acceptance Letter given to you.
6. If the following message (in red) appears: "A valid document with the indicated code was not found!", it means that the data contained in that Acceptance Letter are no longer valid, for one of the following reasons:
- the student has already canceled enrollment in the respective course.
- the student requested changes to personal data (name, number or type of identification document), in which case the student must obtain a new Acceptance Letter with the new data.
