05. How to consult, reply and attach a document to a mail / ticket?

To consult or send a reply to a SAC email, you must access the Online Service Desk and select on the right side "check ticket status". Will be asked to register your email address and ticket number (shown at the top of the maill identified with "#". When you do OK you will receive an email with the link to access the ticket and add the requested information / documentation .
