B15.06. How to complain / submit a complaint regarding the results of applications?
Last Updated 2 months ago

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 124(1)(c) and (d) of the Code of Administrative Procedure, it is not necessary to hold a hearing of interested parties on the public results of the placements, as:

a) It is reasonable to foresee that the diligence of the hearing of interested parties could compromise compliance with the implementation of the application timetables and the usefulness of the decision regarding the result of the selection in the competition.
b) It may happen that the number of interested parties to be heard is so large that the hearing of interested parties makes it impracticable to reach a final decision on the competition in good time, and it is not possible to hold a public consultation.

The public results of placements are subject to a complaint by interested parties, within a maximum of fifteen days from the notification date of the results of the competition, in accordance with Article 191(3) of the CPA, which the candidate receives at the email address used in the application.

The complaint, duly substantiated, must be made exclusively through the SIIUE, with the credentials used in the application, taking into account that electronic means are preferred, as provided for in article 61 of the CPA.

The decision on the complaint rests with the Rector, or whoever he/she delegates, and is handed down no later than thirty days after it is submitted, in accordance with article 192(2) of the CPA.

The decision is communicated to the candidate by the same means, i.e. via the SIIUE, with notification to the email address used in the application.

A decision in favor of one candidate will not call into question the placement results of the other candidates, with the possibility of opening up additional vacancies, if necessary, and the rectified results will be made public by means of a complaint.
