B15.05. After the results are released, how are relocations or redistribution of vacancies processed?
Last Updated 3 years ago

After the deadline for enrollment in each stage, if the candidates who have been placed do not enroll, the substitute candidates will be reallocated according to the remaining vacancies.

The redistribution of vacancies in each of the stages occurs in 1st cycle access and admission exams/schemes, when in a given course there are surplus vacancies in one exam/scheme and in another exam/scheme there are substitute candidates, thus transferring vacancies from one exam/scheme to another exam/scheme in the same course. The same happens in the 2nd and 3rd cycles with regard to vacancies for candidates with European Union citizenship and vacancies for international candidates.

In the case of relocation or redistribution of vacancies, the results and matriculations resulting from these processes occur within the deadlines set in the Calendar of Candidatures to the University of Évora. If the placement occurs after the deadlines set in the Calendar, the matriculation should occur within 3 days after notification of placement/admission.
