D1.03. How are pre-registrations made?
Last Updated 2 months ago

In the UCs in which the Departments have registered a vacancy limit, the pre-registered students will be ranked in descending order, according to the tenth place score obtained by the following formula, as stated in article 25 of RAUÉ:

Only the courses in the syllabus in which the student has been successful up to the moment of sorting are taken into account. You can see the order by UC in 2024/25 here

In the event of a tie, the following criteria are used:

1st criterion: number of ECTS approved in the course
2nd criterion: average of these ECTS
3rd criterion - option/order chosen in pre-registration with the highest priority

Only the number of pre-registrations for optional courses per semester was allowed, as stipulated in the course Studies Plan (e.g. Psychology degree stipulates attendance of 2 courses in the odd semester and 3 courses in the even semester). The optional courses in which the student has already passed in previous year(s) have been taken into account.

During the registration period, students must validate the pre-registrations to which they have been admitted.

No student may register for UCs subject to pre-registration with a place limit, unless the UC has remaining places.

If there are students who do not validate their pre-enrolment during the enrolment period, these places will be considered as remaining for the enrolment change period.
