If the applicant is a teacher at the University of Évora, they must use gesdoc to put the B001 form and submit it for the opinion of the Director of the Organic Unit. After receiving an opinion, the request will be sent to the Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation and Internationalization, for authorization.

If the proposal to conclude the agreement is sent by another institution, the B001 form must be filled in, the process entered in gesdoc and the proposal for agreement received and the form attached to gesdoc, preceded by the opinion of the Director of the Organic Unit.
