In the Online Application Process, only the photo can be submitted in .jpg format, all other documents must be attached in pdf format.

If you are having trouble turning your .jpg files into .pdf format, you can do this through some free online service (for example https://smallpdf.com/)

If you still cannot attach the documents, please note that sometimes the file is fine, but your browser or a particular version of your browser may not recognize the extension correctly. If it is possible, try attaching the document on another computer and/or browser (Firefox or Google Chrome, for example).
