According to the RAUÉ (art. 41) the CEA must prepare the Learning Agreement / Learning Plan of the mobility out or in together with the student. To start the mobility process, the student should submit the Learning Agreement proposal through the SIIUE (Online Procedure Guide for student to create/change proposal for outgoing mobility or Online Procedure Guide for student to create/change proposal for incoming mobility).

After the student submits the proposal, the SAC-Mobility Office validates it and submits it to the CEA for opinion and submission to the Scientific Council for approval within 10 days after receiving the request in the SIIUE (also receiving notification by email).
